Roselle Recipes Roselle-Pili Bread

Ingredients:

120g Unsweetened chocolate
80g Chocolate bar
100g Unsalted butter
1 tsp Vanilla essence
2 Tbsp Honey
5 Whole egg
150g Brown sugar
¼ cup Daily Apple Rosselle Syrup
½ cup Daily Apple Rosselle Preserves

Procedure:

  1. Preheat the oven 375ºF.
  2. Grease and flour a rectangular Pyrex baking pan.
  3. Chop both chocolates into small and uniform pieces, place them in a stainless mixing bowl together with the butter, vanilla essence. and honey. Melt the mixture in a double boiler.
  4. Combine eggs and sugar until smooth. Do not whip air into the mixture.
  5. Blend in the chocolate mixture, place in the Pyrex baking pan, and bake for about 35 minutes.
  6. Set aside to cool before slicing. Serve with the Daily Apple Rosselle Syrup and the Daily Apple Roselle Preserves on top.
